What you need to be good at

• • A completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician for information and telecommunications technology
  • An independent and conscientious way of working and the ability to solve customer-oriented problems
  • A confident and customer-friendly appearance
  • A readiness to gain further qualifications through our programme of further training measures
  • A driving licence (class B or 3)

It would be really great if you have some professional experience as a service technician and have knowledge of the industry (broadband and telecommunications), though that’s not essential if you want to work for us.
